Okay folks. I dont know where to start with this but here it goes... On behalf of the family, thank you to everybody for their phenomenal support since Conor passed away. I dont want to list off individual people in case I forget anyone but you know who you are. People have given us everything from a homemade meal to a hotel and we truly appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness behind every gesture and every prayer. A particular thank you to the people of our small but extraordinary community, the Irish Dairy Board, the Irish Consulate, the members of sports clubs which Conor was proud to represent such as St Patricks GAA, Washington DC Gaels, Sligo GAA New York, Lansdowne RFC and Sligo Rugby. Again if Im forgetting anyone please forgive me. Below is a link to a small blog we have set up in Conors memory, it should be particularly interesting for anyone who couldnt make the funeral. On there youll find the eulogy, some photographs and Ill try keep it updated with information such as masses and fundraisers. You should be able to comment and share but I cant guarantee it as Im not much of a techie. The months mind will take place on Sunday September 8th at 11am in St Adamnans Church in Skreen Co. Sligo.
