Okay folks I have a little beef nothing in this life is free PERIOD! Whether you pay a coach for their knowledge or you take your time and research and pay for an education. I have spent years since the age of 13 in the gym and thousands of dollars on trainers, coaches and my education. So please do not come to me and ask for a free plan and then berate me for doing a job! My prices are ridiculously low for what I offer and I do it bc I love it but I have a life and bills to pay and my knowledge and time and effort I put into my clients is at times exhausting but most absolutely rewarding when they follow the program and listen to my advice. So as I always say I give tons of free advice via my website and social media but I will not tailor a program for you for free. Invest in yourself now for the better health of you and your family or pay later with health care costs the choice is yours. I can lead a horse to water but I cant make you drink that water. I have busted my buns in sweat, tears, money and hard ass work you can do it too but you have to figure out how you want to do it its not easy I can assure you that but nothing is thats worth having.
