Okay friends, so Im excited to share that Im going to be starting Plexus to try and address some of my health issues (chronic pain, blood sugar and weight loss primarily). Ive seen it work wonders in relieving pain and aiding in weight loss for several of my friends. If youd like to keep up with my progress, like my page and Ill post updates and pics along the way. Also, say a wee prayer for me that I can accomplish my goals with healthy eating, exercise and Plexus. :-)
