Okay guys I dont usually vent but I will today ! I rented one of my houses in midland to this family , they would always be struggling and having trouble coming up with the rent ....I would always let them slide a month even 2 months at times because I felt bad ! I understand not everyone is financially stable , or things happen in our life but I couldnt evict them & their two little boys , On the second year lease I dropped their rent by a 200 hundred dollars didnt make put Safety deposit but sure enough they were still always late and today I went to check up on them. I was wondering why they werent texting me or returning my calls after 3 weeks ??sure enough they bounced out on me owing me two months rent and to make things worst they trashed my house !!! It really hurt me to think after helping someone they could repay me like this , Im sure the good lord sees my good heart and I Pray I never give up on having a giving heart
