Okay guys, its about that time!! The build out for our NEW CLASSROOM will begin very shortly! We couldnt be more excited to bring all of our members this exciting new expansion as well as another great opportunity to help you achieve your fitness goals. So, we want to know what classes YOU want! Our fantastic trainer Mary has come up with a list of classes as well as their descriptions. At the bottom there is also a set of times. Please comment below on what classes you want as well as times. Feel free to put a time or class that is not listed and it will be taken into consideration. If youd prefer, we have also placed a box in the gym where you can physically vote and write your opinion. Class Descriptions: RIPPED- A total body “plateau proof fitness formulas” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. RIPPED is for EVERYBODY! BODY PUMP- Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast! You can also get a 30 minute condensed version of Body Pump. The barbell workout to get you toned and defined like nothing else! ZUMBA-Ditch the workout and join the original dance-fitness party! With Zumba fitness classes, you can just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. Featuring exotic rhythms, high energy Latin and international beats and a touch of hip hop. BOOT CAMP-Enlist in this class and get serious about boosting metabolism, endurance and overall fitness. This adrenaline-pumping cardio and strength session couples plyometrics with high volume resistance training for an aerobic workout to challenge ANY fitness level! INSANITY-The same mind blowing, home DVD workout in a group class setting! Prepare to be constantly challenged in this extreme fitness class that will take you through long bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short breaks. This class will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling fabulous! PIYO-Increase strength, core stability and agility with the dynamic movements of PiYo Strength classes. More aerobic than yoga or Pilates classes, the PiYo blends sports training, core conditioning , dance, stretch and athletic drills to help pump up calorie burn and build muscle. TURBOKICK- Kick start your fitness in a highly aerobic Turbo Kick class. With cardio kickboxing and dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you’ll be measuring your fun in sweat! It’s high intensity, fast paced and totally addicting. Other classes that are similar: KICKBOXING and BODY COMBAT. HITT-Enhanced form of interval training that includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Non choreographed and simple to follow class. Other classes that are similar: TABATA, and STRENGTH/CARDIO/CHALLENGE. CX WORX-Really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It’ll help you run faster….play harder…stand stronger! STEP-Step up your fitness with this classic aerobic exercise class. Energizing music will keep you moving as you step on and off platforms, with or without risers. You can increase the intensity by adjusting your speed, step height and movements. YOGA-Yoga is an ancient form of movement promoting balance, flexibility, strength, stamina and an overall state of well -being through various postures, breathing and relaxing techniques. Several different types of Yoga include: YOGA FOR ATHLETES, BODY FLOW and POWER YOGA • Early morning 5am or 5:30am • Mid-morning 8:30, 9, OR 9:30am • Lunch time? • Evenings 5:30, 6:30 OR 7:30
