Okay here we are with morning #2 Several struggles yesterday...lunch was the big one. I feed the daycare kids first and its hard not to nibble on what they are having! Todays plan of attack - I have some veggies and avocado dressing to dip them in...I will snack on those as I make and serve daycare lunches. I also added extra egg whites to my scrambled egg & mushroom breakfast today (it wasnt too bad Becky!) Yesterdays victories - despite lunch struggles my nutrition was pretty good. I had a meeting during my normal bootcamp time but I went to the 7pm class and kicked some zombie butts!! Great workout with sledge hammers, squats while holding a sledge hammer with a kettle bell hanging from it!! The threat of burpees really helped keep me from dropping the kettle bell!! Very cool!! Kicking the trainer and other fun, sweaty, exhausting stuff!! Definitely...the workout was the biggest victory!! :) Todays struggle will happen this evening. Going to the movies with some girlfriends and that movie popcorn is something I love!!! My plan, do NOT bring debit or credit cards and ONLY bring enough cash to get into the movie. Adding a goal to my list - vitamins taken every day!!! This should be the easiest thing to do, I mean really...swallow one pill a day! Yet its something I struggle with!!
