Okay, maybe I was a little hasty with my Top 10 songs? Music is my life...a very important part of my life that cant be whittled down to 10 songs. I can tell you when, where and what I was wearing the first time I heard most of these as well as the people in my life at the time...or at least a funny, ironic story with a lot of them. Like this one! I got a gift certificate from Tape Tavern... yeah, TAPE FREAKING TAVERN, Christmas of 1979. I used my gift certificate to buy a Kool and the Gang album. Took it home, it was scratched. Bought another one, same thing...SCRATCHED. Third time, SCRATCHED. Finally the guy at Tape Tavern, yes, TAPE FREAKING TAVERN, told me that I had to buy something else because it wasnt him, it was me. So I purchased In Through the Out Door. And the rest is love. ...All of My Love. And what I wouldnt do for Robert Plants hair.
