Okay no worries still training :) missed a couple of days but back on schedule ... Changed trainer it was time, out with the old in with the new :) Saturday I met with Max at the Y, told him what I am aiming for... how I train... what I like & gave him free reins... trusting in him 100% .... I had taken a couple of spinning classes with him & I had liked his style ... Never saw him train but I knew that his calmness would suit me fine ... & He proved me right ... tough program but I love it ... I was sore all week ... I believe that because of the difference in his program, I will see result quite fast ... it is going to give me that six pack I am fighting for .... & yes that chin up too is getting closer lol So Monday I decided to do some running interval... was not feeling my old program any more so I did not want to do any strength training ... Laurie & I full speed ahead :) Tuesday Laurie & I did some 20 minutes of row then another 20 minutes of running of interval ... we did 10m/h run full out running till fail Wednesday YAY Max gave me my program & the fight begins lol ... yes I said fight cause this program is a killer ... 3 sets of 5 exercises each done 3times each ... It kick our asses lol Laurie & I ... love love love my new program ... Thank you Max :) & that bring us to tomorrow yes thursday yoga night with Audi that is if I can move my body lol Its good to be back ....
