Okay nursing/medical friends....what i can i do to help boost the immune system of my 17mth old? She is on zinc, vit d and probiotic supplementation after being unwell on and off since starting childcare 4 mths ago. Shes been on the supps for 2 months now but has had a nasty virus and a possible ear infection during that time. Have i forgotten something? She eats reasonably well and still has fc milk twice a day. Am i just incredibly unlucky? Helpful comments appreciated...ps..have been to a naturopath...but in an otherwise healthy kid prior to all of this...her idea of putting her on $2-300plus per month of probiotics and other supplements isnt sitting right with me.
