Okay, people I need honest opinions. Me and Foxxies mother are discussing Child Support in order to see my son. She will not give him to me unless I pay her at least $75.00 every week. On top of that, she only wants to give him to me every OTHER weekend. Ive only seen him 2 times since July 3rd. I was offered a third time, but I wasnt able to make it out there that weekend. I am thinking $60 a week is plenty fair for child support for Foxx. Especially since she wants to hog him and only give him to me every other weekend! Here is how I look at it, tell me what you think. Examples of meals per week for Foxx: *Breakfast for the Week* 2 boxes of cereal ($5.00 to $10.00 depending on brand) 2 gallons of milk ($10.00ish) 1 gallon of orange juice ($5.00 or less) Toast ($2.00ish) Peanut Butter ($2.00ish) Breakfast total=$24.00 to $29.00 (Lets just say $30.00) *Lunch for the Week* 30 pack of capri suns ($6.00) 1 bag of chicken nuggets ($5.00) 1 box of corn dogs ($5.00) French fries ($5.00) Pizza rolls ($5.00) Lunch total=$26.00 *Dinner for the Week* Steak ($10.00) Bag of frozen chicken ($10.00) Mushrooms ($5.00) Veggies ($10.00) Hamburgers ($10.00) Hamburger buns ($2.00) Cheese slices ($5.00) Dinner total=$57.00 Added all together Breakfast $30.00 Lunch $26.00 Dinner $57.00 ------------------------ $113.00 $113.00 split between the two of us would be $56.50 Thats not even including the groceries I pay for him at my house. I honestly dont even understand why I should be paying for her to hog him from me in the first place, BUT paying for my son to eat is NOT a problem for me OBVIOUSLY. Foxx is my world and I will always make sure he is taken care of no matter what. School clothes I believe should be split between us down the middle WHEN HE NEEDS THEM. She is trying to tack on money every single week for school clothes.... For one, he doesnt even start school until next year. He is 4 until October 11th, so they wouldnt let him start yet. And two, who the hell needs new clothes every single week?!!?!? Electricity and Rent You pay yours, I pay mine! Simple. Another thing, I literally have been doing 100% of the driving picking up Foxx AND dropping him off at her house for the past year. Its taken such a toll on my fiances car between the wear and tear and gas!! I live in Mulberry, Foxxs mom lives in Riverview. To be fair, I dont expect her to drive all the way to me every week. All I ask is to meet me half way. I think somewhere on 60 sounds pretty fair. And if she isnt going to at least meet me half way, She should be giving me gas on the days that she wants me to drive all the way to her house! Until I can afford to take her to court and get all of this straightened out the right way, I am forced to do everything the way Foxxs mom wants it done or I can not see him at all! I wish she could at least stop talking bad about Jaime and her kids. She calls Jaime a stupid ugly nasty a#$% b$#@% and calls Zayda and Mylee inbred!! She even slammed the door in Zaydas face one day when I came to get Foxx and said Next time, dont bring your F#$%ing posse! She is such a nasty person towards them... The only thing Jaime has said to her when she couldnt handle all the name calling towards her daughters , was that she needs to start paying more attention to Foxx and be a better mother. Teach him how to talk better and to stop pooping his pants. Shes never called Foxx any names or anything even though Foxxs mom constantly accuses her of calling Foxx stupid. Jaime would NEVER say that. I wouldnt be with her if she talked to my son that way. Anyway, this little section was just to give you an idea of the type of person I am dealing with. I need your opinions on the child support costs and such. What would you consider fair in my situation? Do you feel that I am being unfair by only offering to pay $60.00 a week? Keep in mind, if I do not pay this I can not see my son. Its very easy for everyone to say, Just take it to court and do it right!. I dont have money like that right now and Im sick of not being able to see my baby boy! She literally said that if I miss a payment, I will not get my kid that weekend as a consequence. Those EXACT words. Please do not reply to this post unless you are being serious. Im REALLY not in the mood for trolls. Take that shit elsewhere. This is a serious situation and I will not appreciate you making a joke out of it. Thank you!
