Okay possibly leaving next summer and would just like to get an idea of how hard it may be to lease out my girl & how much time I may need when & if I decide to. She is a 6yr old Registered AQHA mare. Would be best suited for a D1-D2 pony clubber, or intermediate rider looking to have a buddy, shes done a halter class, a western pleasure class and gymkhanas, does good with the patterns, shes not a speed racer but would be great for anyone out to have fun. She does awesome on trails(NATURAL TRAILS NOT COMPETITION TRAILS!!) & any intermediate/advanced rider looking for a good trail horse shed be good for the job. Stands for farrier and vet, loads, ties, and does good with clippers. The leaser would have access to all of her tack, only fees would be her board and care, & she would have a contract. Off sight lease would be an option to an approved barn.
