Okay, so Ive been working on a low impact....adjustable for personal ability style short workout routine....specifically designed for a friend who is self-described as fat, lazy, and old, and who doesnt like to work out....its been difficult because Ive put a lot of options in the table for this friend and something has been wrong with everything I have come up with for him..... I should be finished with this project very soon, now that I have scrapped everything, and began custom designing this thing from scratch. Im just wondering if any of my friends here on fb might be interested in using or experimenting with what Ive come up with to see if it can work for them. A quick disclaimer though: There is no easy road, and there are no real shortcuts for true or lasting results....You know your own capabilities... And I leave it up to you to intensify it as needed....because if there is no challenge, then there will be no change. This will just be a jump off, or starting point for people who have either never exercised or have simply just let themselves go for way too long. So if your looking for something more moderate or intense this probably wont be the right thing for you.
