Okay, so a lot of you know we are doing the mom challenge around here (Not my idea, but Family First and imom. Look in my photos to see the complete list). Yesterday was to ask what one thing we could do together this month. My boys unanimously said, Go sledding. Ugh. Honestly, I hate the cold; however, I do remember that once I force myself to get bundled up, I usually have a blast. So, I hope it snows this month. Day two, and why I am posting this so early, is to go the whole day without yelling. Yikes. That will be hard. But, luckily, my boys will be in school from 7:45 to 3:15, so theres that. ;) And some dude, who is NOT a follower, posted yesterday how terrible this is. That by doing this, we are coddling our children. Pffft! I see it as the simple act of treating our children with respect and a great reminder to focus on the little things. Hope to hear from some of you on how its going.
