Okay, so after talking to a super sweet, super wonderful, known-her-forever-and-a-day, friend, Ive decided to start an Autoimmune Disease Challenge Group. Heres how it works: 1. There will be a page only the group can access. 2. You pick your challenge pack - what do you think you can do without triggering a flare? Can you do 21 Day Fix? Have you thought about PiYo? 3. Record your results. For me, Shakeology replaced a lot of my supplements - which in turn reduced the number of pills I was taking in a day. I want to know how youre feeling. 4.
