Okay...so anyone that knows me knows I bake...as in a lot. I bake different things but my passion is in artisan & sourdough breads & pizza. I have been saving $s & researching mixers for about 5 years now while Ive babied my 20+ year old Kitchen Aid which would burn up if I mixed my bread dough in it. So the contenders are Bosch Universal Deluxe (German engineering) & the Ankarsrum (Swedish engineering). The winner is~Ankarsrum! Now I just have to decide on color. Mr.Colvin, being the practical sort (& color blind), recommended dust color since thats what we have an abundance of here in Bake-0. Im leaning towards red :-)
