Okay, so besides the fact that I wobbled outta the gym tonight, I FINALLY DID FREAKING BOX JUMPS!! I know my form could be better but Im starting. Tonight was insane... 20 mins cycling 3x15 leg press 110lbs 3x20 hip abduction&adduction 130lbs 3x15 single leg extension 60lb 3x15 single leg hamstring curl 60lb 3x20 calf extension 100lb 4x10 box jumps 4x15 sumo squats with dumbbell 2x20 deep bows w/ 40lb barbell
