Okay so i have been nominated for the football bucket challenge!!! by Ojas Mhatre..so in no particular order, here is my list of top 10 players i have watched on the telly.. 1.Bastian Schweinsteiger- my favourite player of all time..heart and soul of Bayern and Germany..represents everything that is good about the teams i support.. 2.Philipp Lahm- captain fantastic..one of the best full-backs ever.. 3.Manuel Neuer- the best goalkeeper in the world and one of the best of all time..has reinvented the art of goalkeeping.. 4.Thomas Muller- the first ever Raumdeuter..sees the pitch like no one else..supreme tactician..can fit into any system.. 5.Oliver kahn- the titan..his performances in 2002 wc and throughout his career has inspired a generation of goalkeepers.. 6.Michael Ballack- INSPIRATIONAL..between 2001-2008 he was Germanys best player by a country mile..sad that he never lifted an international trophy.. 7.Thierry Henry- the Greatest player to play in epl..scored all types of goals from all types of angles.. 8.Lionel Messi- what can i say about him that hasnt already been said..his 4 goal haul against arsenal will remain etched in every football fans memory for a long time to come.. 9.Luis suarez- any player who can make me jump from my seat in excitement every time he touches the ball is surely deserving of a top 10 place.. 10.1.Ronaldinho- oh magician!!..he scored THE greatest goal i have ever seen against chelsea in 2005..it defied belief.. 10.2.Arjen Robben-the flying dutchman..simply exhilarating to watch..a real speed demon.. Honourable mentions..maldini,zidane,iniesta,scholes,gerrard,Brazilian ronaldo..i nominate Deba Dwaipayan Ray Nilankur Das Abhishek Gerrard Dutta to carry forward this challenge!!..
