Okay so improper commercials bring me here today to inform anyone who sees this of actual facts. I just saw a commercial saying that smoking can cause premature birth and birth defects in babies. Which, is true. BUT. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT judge or sneer or yell or belittle a woman smoking a cigarette if shes pregnant. Why, you ask? Quitting cold turkey would actually be WORSE for the baby as opposed to slowing down and reducing the amount of cigarettes you smoke. So, the whole smoking causes premature birth and birth defects is true, smoking in general isnt good for you, but whoever has the outcome of a child with defects or premature birth caused by smoking, obviously did not try to slow their smoking roll. My mom reduced her smoking when she was pregnant with me and my siblings. My only complaint is that Im not taller. Just seriously educate yourselves on a topic before you judge someone.
