Okay so it is a Monday and a mixed emotion day for me. Please keep my husbands family in your thoughts and prayers as my father-in-law passed away on Saturday night. He lived his life for his family and his love of the LORD! He is now resting in those arms that all of us long to have hold us one day. His funeral will be held on Saturday at the Cavalier Baptist Church at 1:00 with a Visitation/ Prayer Service on Friday from 5 to 7 for visitation and the service at 7 pm again at the Cavalier Baptist Church. On Saturday night after Dad passed away, I was informing my family. I was not able to get ahold of my Mom who was at our event earlier that day. So I called on my brother Joe to go and check on her. Joey found Mom on the bathroom floor unable to get up. So he called my other brother Jack to help him get her up. Once they got her up she was not able to stand so they called the ambulance. She was then taken to the hospital and there she spent the night with her sugar count being way way too low and her blood pressure low as well. Yesterday, Donny and Diane were getting the funeral prep done for Dad when I got a call that Mom was being transported to Grand Forks via ambulance. There was some serious infection going on, a very high temp of 103 and just a mixture of a lot of things on top of be a diabetic things just needed to be looked into. So I contacted all of the family and Rita, Joe & Norine were there in GF with Mom and then she was moved into ICU down there and is getting very good care. Now on to our next venture-my hip replacement! Yes I am still going through with that as I have been instructed by Donny, and all of my family. So tonight Donny and I will head for Fargo, after stopping in Gf to check on Mom and tomorrow I will be having my right hip replaced with the hopes of my second one being done in 6 weeks. So to all you, I ask for your prayers over all of us through this time of sorrow, time of the unknown and time of healing for me! Thank you all and God bless each of you!
