Okay so lets say race is a growing increasing problem in USA what we have to do is establish a base and starting point so we can measure our progress. First we need to make a chart and establish the proper order and rate were each race falls in the hierarchy. Plus lets get the ethnic breakdown because in reality even different groups of asians , blacks, and hispanics dont consider the other groups within their race on the same level. Whites will just stay a big group because if you can get at the same level of any of the white groups you,ve made it.Plus its easier for liberals to operate with that constant. So when dealing with a different race just try and make them feel like a level higher than they are use to from your race. Thank you.
