Okay so this is something I wrote contribute to a video I seen that reminded me of me. It can be called a poem or rap depending on how you read it. This video , its true For all who havent , its not lie This is literally the story of a bunch of our lives Speaking from this point of view this is very much so true You never know till its you Kids and teens who run and hide Only just trying to survive Wanting to leave everything behind Bullies, fear, broken pride and dreams shattered in from of our own eyes They start to think nothing can stop it Not even the words typed on a piece of paper approved by the office Words do hurt! Its like getting stick and stones thrown at us How words shot so deep, you try to flee Recovery seem so far out of reach Humanity, humanity isnt here The world has left pain, man the feeling of insanity Bullying clubs try Therapist try to compromise Bullying and acting like you care should be a crime Its something that people say A lot of people deny Born into a world taught to only know pride and ego Hey what do we know We know of the newer/later generations Blamed us as the bad teenage phase Or many times spoken kids can be cruel It wasnt their fault that their confidence and self esteem was shot down and denied They were taught no one would ever fall in love with them or could love them Hearts ache ,and empty shells of themselves Longing for numbness An trying to ignore all the painful news Roll your sleeves down try to hide the scars People say words hurt less than a broken bone WRONG! Outcast, man those names are like bad art Afraid to step foot outside The generations of judging, always seeing outside before the inside As of the people that think depression is a hocks And suicide is a joke. Put on the edge A bomb that can be set off any moment Well listen your not alone So dont let go, no! To this day bullying is still here Have no fear Dont be silent speak out what you feel! People need to hear Your not invisible Look in the mirror for it reflects the beauty shown Love yourself Know that help is always near You, me, us , we , WE will make it through to the greener side to the better times just hang on for the ride No matter what is said Your beautiful Hope you guys like this and sorry its so long.
