Okay techies!!! COMCAST is being difficult...imagine that! They say my router is working fine, and I guess it is for this laptop. Here is the issue. I brought home my work computer, connected to the internet and all was fine. EXCEPT!!! It knocked my regular laptop off the internet. I try to re-connect and it will not recognise the router security key. Why is this happening? Comcast wants me to use their special tech services which has a monthly charge. I am already paying for this service and I refuse to give them another dime. There has to be a fix for this. I have used other computers on this network before and never had an issue. Am I being set up by Comcast just to make them more money?
