Okay, that was creepy. As Steph and I are coming home, we had to go around a car that was partially in the roadway of an overpass, with its hazard lights on. Then, just as we are getting to the other side of the overpass, we see someone standing in the fog trying to flag us down, waving his arms and then holding up his thumb, (the hitchhiking signal). I slowed down and we then noticed what looked like blood on his white shirt, as well as possibly blood on his face and arms. Not something you ever expect to see on a foggy night. We didnt stop, but we did immediately notify CHP.
