Okay, this happened in 2011 and Im just now reading about it! For those that dont know, this is about 30 mins from where I grew up (and where my parents still live). What really appalls me about this whole thing is the response of people and the blame laid on the police for doing what they are there to do. Since when did an animals life become more important than the safety of humans?! I hope some of these laws are changed to restrict owning exotic animals!
