Okay this is for the People that have coast capital saving and use their bank card down in the states.. I have been using my bank card with cost capital for years now going down to the states tonight was the first time I got charged more for want I paid has this ever happen to you I spent 290 at Costco and my bank charged my 377 and at win co I spend 280 my bank charged me 338 anyways I want to know if this has ever happen to you this is the first time this has happen like I said I go down monthly for food and this is the FIRST time this has happen that my bank charged me more then what I paid
