Okay this is important I usually dont post stuff like this.. Before I proceed I request you either share, like or even copy paste this status. This for the sake of your privacy. Do NOT. I repeat do NOT download the Facebook messenger app. Uninstall it if you have it already. Why? When downloading it, the app requires certain permissions from you. The permissions are and not limited to: - Change the state of network connectivity – Call phone numbers and send SMS messages – Access your camera to RECORD audio…TAKE pictures (its states this when agreeing) AT ANY TIME. - Read your phone’s call log, including info about incoming and outgoing calls - Read your contact data, including who you call and email and how often - Read personal profile information stored on your device - Get a list of accounts known by the phone, or other apps you use You dont have to believe me but Facebook thinks youre dumb enough by blatantly writing it out in plain text. Chances are, majority of us are hence why many of us didnt know this. You can check for yourself.
