Okay this water was not the result of a major monsoon or of a dam suddenly breaching. This water accumulated over time. .right? So I need everyone whose vehicles are in the water go into your wallets and pull out your drivers license, your voter registration card and your handgun permit and pass them to your left. I will take possession of said items and immediately destroy them because obviously you are too stupid to drive, vote or carry a weapon. This isca public service. ..thank you for your cooperation.
