Okay...which miracle do you want to hear about first! 1. He is breathing on his own....no machine! 2. The CT scan showed no damage to his brain! 3. He woke up at 1:00 pm today for a short time! 4. His blood pressure is super, without any medicine to raise it! Tonight we will get a full report on the blood tests. Today he has a nurse who speaks English who is caring for him. She keeps cream on his lips so they dont get chapped where the tube is. She moved the tube to a different spot in his mouth, which apparently caused him some pain down in his throat, because he grimaced in his face showing a look of displeasure or pain. That was wonderful to see! His responsiveness is coming back. The nurse asked me to bring some lotion for massages! Theyre keeping him comfortable and well monitored. The room is warm.
