Okay yall, so I went to the dr todays my A1C has doubled in 6 months. My liver enzymes have gone WAY up and so has my thyroid. The dr took me off of one of my pills and put my in insulin. The main thing that she wants however is for me to lose weight. Last year around this year, I was 145/150 lbs. I have gained about 40 lbs. she told me that if I get down to & manage/maintain my weight around 160/170 it will help me with my numbers. She told me walking isnt enough. She wants me to get to a point where I am sweating and getting my heart rate up. She did make me cry a little but told me that she cares about me which is why she is so hard on me. Please keep me in your prayers that I can get my numbers down and get healthy for my girls. They deserve a mom who is gonna be around for a long time. Thanks!
