Okay you know what I dont care anymore I was waiting to say anything because I didntvwant certain people upset or to cause myself stress or for management to give me crap but screw it!!!! In the morning I will be putting in my 2weeks notice with waffle house its been 5yrs almost and I have come to realize that loyalty, dedication and hard work mean nothing..I have seen people with less experience than me get brought in at a higher pay rate than me and given management opportunities, I get in trouble where others dont when what theyve done is way worse than what I did, constant drama and now we are on unit manager #10. The stress, drama, and drive is no longer worth the money..I will miss my regulars but I have to do whats best for me, I will miss some of my coworkers but sorry guys you dont pay my.bills...this has been a long time coming and I feel that this new opportunity was literally handed to me by the good lord himself...
