Okonjo Iwela presented a 2015 budget which amount to 4.5 trillion naira and I ask myself whats the amount of Nigeria population. If each citizen but home and aboard can be given 2 million naira each then I think Nigeria problem with youth unemployment is half way solve as many can also invest some on self capacity building which I know some has a passion for solar energy invention which will go along way to boost our electricity problem and bring back employment as many company will wish to relocate in regard to the power. Her analysis of what the 4.5 trillion naira will be used for carries alot of grammar which I can hardly pick one serious project these trillions of Nigeria will be use because I dont know if Okonjo want to relocate New york or Carlifornia in Nigeria. Nigeria government should not only focus on empowerment because so many has been empowered in what they dont have passion for but rather let the government focus on capacity building for a best Nigeria.
