Old friends reunited! Cheryl Criqui made this reunion possible between Zeva and her first owner, George. George had to give her up due to health problems and Zeva sort of made the rounds until I was lucky enough to adopt the pretty girl from the Missouri German Shepherd Rescue. The photos are a little confusing, so I will try to explain them. Zeva and I left Salina this morning to go to Ottawa to meet George. My friend Dennis Hronek came down from Pleasant Hill to join us in this reunion. I took photos as we were leaving town, passing through Council Grove, at our pee break east of Council Grove and of course of George and Zeva. She was very happy to see him and his response was really heart warming and overwhelming. He loved this girl and that was very obvious by his response to her. I am very happy we made the trip. The trip is about 160 miles one way, we will be back!
