Ollin Ament-Ra Cortez Rose is coming soon! No plans for a baby shower other than my work colleagues- and they are planning for after the baby comes. Ollin is due 12-13-14!! So Decenbre 13 2014 She is going to be a happy Black Chicana !! So for all of our family and friends that do not live near us we decided to make a registry so that you all could contribute and help celebrate with us no matter the distance !! We havent had an infant - either one of us in 8-10 years So lookout for our reality Tv show title WHEN ARTISTS HAVE KIDS: And yes the art and music is still happening !! Keeping things on the low , a bit more guerrilla punk rock with venue and presentation - also more on the local level ! I am trying to find a way more black children can have access to fine art without the Barriers!! Namely : how do we help culture and educated these young folks of color on culture We can appropriate everything from us Africa - to every country and style of visual , musical , spiritual art practices and then making it hard for these youth to gain access to the ideas we stole from The street in the first place. !! So look out galleries and museums - Im going to give them access to them and educate with or without your blessings !!! Stay tuned
