Olusola Osineye According to the Supreme Court of Nigeria, no governor has the constitutional rights to sack (or dissolve) elected Local Government Chairmen. Thank God for Keyamo for following up with this case until this Final Judgement. So, if for example you get elected as LG Chairman and a stubborn governor like Amaechi, or a very rich governor like Akpabio, or a stooge like Fashola threatens to sack you, you only need to do one thing: Calmly look straight into his eyes, stick your left middle finger in his face and slowly tell him to go f**k himself. Once you are elected, you are as strong as the rock of Gibraltar during your term in office. They have to follow constitutional process to get you removed. This will end the impunity being perpetrated in all LGs in Nigeria by those goons who call themselves elected governors.
