Omfg seriously i have never in my life been woke up to a snotty inbox regarding appointments before. I was replying to everyone last night until 9.30pm. I have 2 children and a homelife and i need to sleep, as well as having my own business. Everyone gets replied to in the order the inboxes come through, i no doubt other salons agree with me on this, good luck in getting booked in a salon late at night, peed off!!!
