Omg seriously do I really have to go to 3 more hours listening to this screwball that do far had just made me think are you kidding me .... Training starts with a cow bell then these custom aprons that look like part of a bad joke if that doesnt tell you this guy has a screw loose lets break out a quacking duck... Well maybe I can give h that one a bunch of co-workers gathered talking that stands for . But then he takes away any positive by talking again :( know your customers eye color and if the are left or right handed before serving FYI buddy people here Minnesota dont care ... They would be as creeped out as I am. They have little time to relax and enjoy. A smile and and common respect goes a long way...give them what they reflect its easy to read and make it comforting and enjoyable. Am I wrong ?
