On 06-23-2014 the Racine County Communications Center took a 911 cell call from a boater out on Wind Lake that stated that they had located a body in the water that appeared to be a deceased male. Upon the arrival of first responders on scene it was confirmed that the body located in the water was a deceased male. With the assistance of the Racine County Water Rescue Team the male body was removed from the water and was found to be that of a 34 year old Village of Waterford resident. The Racine County Medical Examiners Office was on scene and pronounced the victim deceased on scene. This incident is still under investigation by the Racine County Sheriffs Office and no other details are being released at this time.
