On 10/17/14 at approximately 18:52, Kennett Officers arrested 35 year old Yolanda Jackson of Kennett on a Kennett Municipal warrant. Jackson posted the $250.00 cash only bond and was released. At approximately 19:37, Kennett Officers arrested 40 year old Glen Abernathy of Kennett. Abernathy was arrested on a Probation and Parole warrant. He was incarcerated in the Dunklin County Jail. At approximately 21:37, 39 year old Gerald J. Artis was arrested on a Failure to Appear Kennett Municipal warrant for Domestic Assault. Artis posted the $150.00 cash only bond and was released to appear in Kennett Municipal Court 01/14/15. At 21:48 Kennett Officers arrested 52 year old Donna Nelson of Kennett on a Dunklin County warrant. She was incarcerated in the Dunklin County Jail. At 21:40 Kennett Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Curts Grocery located on Kennett Street. The driver nearly struck a patrol officer head on. The driver, 36 year old Angie M. Vincent of Ward Arkansas was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated Aggravated Offender. Ward was incarcerated in the Dunklin County Jail pending notification of the State Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
