On 26.11.2013 I trained the 49 Micro Observers to be deployed in the critical booths of my constituency.It was a wonderful experience training officers of Punjab National Bank,SBI and LIC of India for deploying on election duty.Being very well experienced now having done Observer duty in 5 states earlier,I could train them confidently and reply to their queries satisfactorily also.On 25.11.2013 I briefed 220 BLOs in regard to distribution of Voter Identity Slips and maintenance of distribution register . CCTV cameras will be installed at 60 critical booths and live telecast of poll at one very vulnerable booth will be arranged.21 Sector Magistrates and 3 Area magistrates and equal number of police teams well equipped with best communication equipment have been deployed to handle any eventuality..All necessary preparations for holding a free,fair and peaceful poll on 1st December,2013 in my constituency have been completed.
