On April 16, at approximately 10 am and 8:30 p.m. Carlisle Barracks will use their Giant Voice (speaker / siren system) during a Severe Weather exercise. During this time a message will be broadcast but it is for exercise purposes only. In addition, both the Claremont Road and Ashburn Drive gates will be closed for no more than 10 minutes max at these times. Minimal traffic delays can be expected.
