On August 14th CPHA will be hosting a horse yoga seminar at the riding arena 7:00 - 9:00. The cost is $55. for non members, $25. for working members, and $35. for regular members. To reserve a spot in this clinic a $10. deposit is required. There will be 1 hr of ground work time and 1hr under saddle. Objectives of this seminar are; to improve balance and body alignment, to improve your saddle skills, to target trouble spots such as the back, hips, and cultivate core strength, to release tension and relax you and your horse, to experience the deepening of horse human connection
