On August 4, 2013 history shall unfold for Region IV-A riders, the approval and signing of the CALABARZON MOTORIDERS CONFEDERATION, Inc. Internal By-Laws at a historic site, the EMILIO AGUINALDO SHRINE in Kawit, Cavite, by the 5 founding provincial federation member -presidents from Cavite(Ccmri Cavite), Laguna( Laguna Motor Riders Federation), Batangas (Ala Eh Riders Federation), Rizal (Rizal Motorcyclists Federation) & Quezon( Gmaq Quezon).The internal by-laws was crafted by the 5 founding provincial federations which passed through 3 readings via a rigorous but democratic deliberation, commentaries, deletions, reflections, annotations, clarifications, interpretations, remarks, etc. of each and every provisions incorporated herein.
