On Being Conscious....... Heading back to the home front for a few days following an epic journey to Success 3.0 Summit and CBP Conscious Business Playground event and Im contemplating this idea of Consciousness Here is what I have discovered (already knew?) - there are many levels and layers of consciousness. When I first WOKE UP to becoming more and more conscious myself - suddenly I was WAY MORE conscious then those around me. And I am SIGNIFICANTLY MORE conscious NOW then I was then 12 years ago. What was interesting to me on this journey was holding MULTIPLE awarenesses of the varying levels of consciousness and becoming ever clearer on where I am at vibrationally and what environments are or are not a fit for me. I also am recognizing that as a shapeshifting shaman mama I have access and can travel, translate and interconnect with varying levels of consciousness - to communicate, co-create, cooperate and collaborate. The key to me is the practice of STAYING TRUE TO MYSELF in the process. Im a very adaptable creature (arent we all? isnt this what we were trained to be in order to survive) and I have found that my life long challenge has been to maintain my own clear core, stay in my integrity, create and maintain appropriate boundaries for my own well being AND simultaneously interact with the rest of the world. I also RE-Member that we are ALL ONE so I love these opportunities to play in different fields of consciousness, to see who shows up, and to reflect on which pieces of me are being reflected by those who surround me. If there is one major takeaway that I have from the last 12 days of travel and engagement its that PLAY in all its myriad forms is what will nurture and expand my consciousness the most - and that the greatest playmate of all is the Universe itself.
