On February 26, 2014, Bruce Springsteen completed the Australian leg of his High Hopes tour in Brisbane with probably the best performance of his entire world tour! Covering two legendary Australian bands, this show certainly produced the two most memorable moments from down under: The live premier of Stayin Alive (Bee Gees cover) to start the show, and Highway to Hell (AC/DC cover) with Eddie Vedder and the heart-stopping, pants-dropping, house-rocking, earth-quaking, booty-shaking, Viagra-taking, love-making, Legendary E Street Band! at the very end. Show highlights included an entire reprise of the classic album The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle (1973), with all seven songs played chronologically and The Ghost of Tom Joad with Tom Morello on shared vocals, who brought his signature Rage Against The Machine guitar work to the classic Steinbeck inspired ballad. Bruce finished the night with a beautifully poignant solo-acoustic rendition of Thunder Road. The sound board quality audio is excellent, but the video is not always great. That said, every serious fan needs to watch the last song.
