On Friday September 26 2014 my granddaughter turned 5 years old and got to spend it in UHIC being diagnosed with Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We placed donation buckets throughout CR and this horrible individual stole her full donation bucket from the Smokin Joes on 1st ave NE. I filed a police report and would like to have this individual identified and captured. Just despicable that a grown man could do this to a child.
