On Jan 18th 2015, LLC Herat conducted its first Capacity Building Program. The purpose of this training program is to increase the capacity and capability of beneficiary in a level to find employment and can work in GOs or NGOs. The main subjects under the training program will include time Management, project designing, job application and team work. It is expected that the trainees will find employment soon after graduation from the program.
