On January 2nd of this year I made some life changing decisions as I swerved up Coldwater Canyon. Joe Cockers Feelin Alright came on the radio. I could relate when he said I have too much to do before I die. In 2001 John Shanks asked me to write a song with him for Joe. Its an unbelievable feeling when someone, Anyone, records your song. But when its someone whose songs youve been listening to all your life, its a whole other level of honor.
