• On July 19th Deputies out at Jordyn Lane in reference to a warrant service. Brian Michael Peters age 28 of Jordyn Lane was arrested on warrant for Battery. While being arraigned on this Battery warrant it was discovered that he also had a warrant through Parkersburg Police Department for False Pretense. The warrants were served and he was processed and released on a $7,500.00 dollar surety bond. • On July 19th Citation issued to Holmes Rankin Shaver age 74 of Mill Run Road for Expired Registration. • On July 19th Citation issued to Justin R. Moore age 35 of Coventry Road, Marietta Ohio for Speeding. He was going 85 in a 70 mph zone. • On July 19th Citation issued to Anitonio Tenell Creamer age 35 of Bensley Avenue, Calumet City Illinois for No Operators and No Insurance. • On July 19th Citation issued to Anthony P. Borrelli age 18 of Oak Circle for Speeding. He was going 74 in a 65 mph zone. • On July 19th Citation issued to Emma Scott Greive age 21 of Leedom Street, Jenkintown PA for Speeding. She was going 83 in a 65 mph zone. • On July 19th Deputy dispatched to Turkey Foot Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash where the driver had fled the scene. The driver was located at the Laborers Training Center and stated he was running late for his curfew. Citations were issued to Emery A. Smith age 21 of HC 61 New Martinsville WV for Failure to Maintain, No Insurance, Leaving the Scene and Failure to report. • On July 20th Citations issued to Curtis Michael George age 25 of Keith Street for Registration Violation, No Insurance, No MVI and Driving on Suspended 2nd offense. • On July 20th traffic stop conducted on vehicle after it was observed to have expired registration. Upon contact with the driver a check showed he was suspended for unpaid citations. Jason Lee Story age 33 of 2ND Street, Saint Marys was issued Citation for Driving on Suspended and No Insurance. • On July 21st Deputies were dispatched to Hospitality Lane in reference to a suspicious person passed out in a vehicle. While Deputies were en-route they were advised that the vehicle had left the area, deputy located the vehicle activated emergency lights and siren at which time the driver continued, not stopping. NRP joined the pursuit along with other deputies in attempt to pull the vehicle over. The vehicle was finally boxed in on I-77 near 169 mile marker and contact was made with the driver. The driver remained uncooperative and was taken into custody. Deputies observed several small plastic bags torn open with a white powder substance scattered about the drivers floorboard and seat and a small bag of Marijuana was located along with an unknown substance. Casey Lee Adkins age 25 of TWP Road, Proctorville Ohio was arrested on charges of Obstructing Officer and Fleeing. Additional charges may be pending.
