This past Monday, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Randy Dorn released this video that helps give the basics of the State Supreme Court McCleary vs State of Washington decision and the legislatures responsibility to fully fund basic education in the state. Additionally, Superintendent Dorn released his legislative package that includes his requests to the legislature on how to meet its obligation.
