I had Paid Rs 50,000/- in cash for the membership and the representatives Mr Priyankar Das, Asst.Sales Manager, and Mr Vijay Singh, who demanded Rs 20,000/- additional for additional benefits with 3 more years holidaying of 6 nights and 7 days and a voucher of air tickets worth of 18,000/- at the time to paying the money for mambership I had been conveyed that the accomodations for the above holidaying is completly free. now when I am booking the Holiday a utility charge is being asked from your end of Rs 700/- per night, and on spliting the holidays one night will not be accountable and will be destroyed, normally, going to a holiday destination one prefers to hop to different destinations, when you offer six nights that means six nights, why will a night be wasted on splitting the holiday. please see that the utility charges levied are waived off. these two persons who took the money for membership are not answering to any of my phone calls and for the last 15 days or so I am regularly tring to contact them to explain me these and also mail me the air ticket vouchers and the additional holidays, but allmy calls are being deaf eared, today I tried to call Mr Priyankar Das from my land line , which he unknowingly recieved, as soon as he recognised It is me he started immitating as he cannot hear me and disconnected the line. Unede the above scenario, you are requested to look into the matter and see that this tyype of miscommunicastion for grabing members doesnot take place and see that my due things are done with immediate effect and or please refund my entire amount as I would not like to be your memmber.
